Not sure where I got this from, but it is a Cost Calculator for units; plug in the numbers for armour, slope, weapons, movement, etc. and see what the unit's cost should be.

Is this the same math as Mike Wood's oob editor version 5.0?

No, it's different math.
With subjective adjustments added.
We're not sure when it was used.

We were discussing how to make it automatic by putting the formulae into a template spreadsheet then OOB Dumping into it. But it looks very difficult and would take a lot more work to get it to that point.

I believe FR uses Mike's V.5 calculator, but Alby should confirm this.

Fairly certain FR uses the v5 OOB Editor calculations, with some subjective modifications, e.g. ammo units that were grossly underpriced due to lack of weapons. What we did was run the editor's batch calculator, then manually changed those units whose costs seemed unreasonably low or high.
