"NOR" from the Japanese SP HQ site created this item...

"Hi to all the junk program lovers.
Let me introduce my new stuff...."Mr.OOB"

In a word, this utility is a simple oob viewer, but has following features.

- can display comprehensibly all the items included in the "SPWAW OOB Editor"
- plus, can display the unit text (in Enc folder)
- plus, can display the unit image (in PIC folder)
- moreover, can play the unit/weapon sound (in Snd folder)

"Mr.OOB" might be useful...

- if you want to grasp all the attributions of a specific unit
- if you want to check the consistency of an oob
- if you want to be satisfied with rattle of MG42 or fear of russian war cry at home

Note: In order to run "Mr.OOB" you need to have the '.NET Framework 2.0' or higher already installed on your system."

When I run this I can see all the unit data fine, but the picture is always "Picture Not Available"

Am I doing something wrong?

Is this an OOB editor or just a viewer?

Can't tell you why your not getting the pictures I see them here.

It is NOT an Editor but is a nice viewer that is handy to use when working
on oob's

Updated to 1.53
Now you can simulate unit perchase.

Quick tutorial for using perchase simulator feature.

1. Select nation and press "Set OOB" button.
2. Click "Perchase Mode" menu button.
3. Click "Settings" menu button and set preferences (version, true troop and Histric rating).
4. Set 'Year', 'Month', 'Branch' items.
5. Press "Search" button.
6. Select formation and click "Add to Cart" button.

Also, you can output the purchase list as a text file.
